Flash not a good idea for your mobile

Is Apple forecasting the future or driving the future in dropping Flash from their products like iPads and iPhones?

Because Apple will not support Flash, their proprietary products aren’t currently used by everyone, but is Apple sticking to its guns because the future really is “Flash-less”?

Turns out that it’s not a good idea to design your mobile site using Flash because the popular software is not supported by an increasing number of devices. As such, you could be losing viewers — and business.

Monica Ho recommends using HTML5 and CSS instead to make sure your mobile user’s experience is fast and functional.

If you agree that the new platform of choice by the market will be less PC, less desktop and more mobile and more tablet, then it looks like Flash is on the way out.

Maybe Apple’s crystal ball is ahead of everyone else’s.
