A British Journalist’s Take on the News of the World Scandal

I’ve always enjoyed reading Toby Harnden‘s column for the Daily Telegraph.  Harnden is the British paper’s U.S. Editor and is based in Washington, which gives him a very unique perspective when it comes to commenting on the similarities and the differences between U.S. and UK events and policies.
